It was a toss up on getting a blanket and then a flexplate shield and blah blah blah. This is a one stop shop, and it being molded to the TH400, it's the best chance at maximum protection and fitting under my stock floor(im sure you have the same problem). Sure as hell isn't cheap, but it's nice to know its under there!

And, with the fire system ordered, Maybe Adam Jude will let me come out with him w/o kicking my ass. I appreciate having push back to talk some sense into me. The safety stuff was a tough thing to burn money on. Do i HAVE to have it? no, but the downside if i needed it and didnt have it are insane at this point.

When r u putting the fans on? U need me to come and help? You won't need a shroud with both of them. Does the drivers side clear the turbo?

Haven't even attempted on that part. I want to do it all at one fatal swoop. Once i get the other parts in, it'll be the last major "install" for the car.

You're always welcome to come help!!!! I'd love for you to help put them on. I'll shoot you an email when it's time to put them on! Thanks again!

Just let me know a little ahead of time and I'll make arrangements to be there. If you get this ready for some good fall weather you should see some good times.

Love me some fall and the track! Tim, I swear I'm going to make time one Sat or Sun to come down there, and at least be able to say I turned a wrench on your car, rather than just being able to say I helped push it outta the way a time or two.

i've been running a csr super sheild too. it does a good job...when I busted the bellhousing it held it all together..lol. its also a PIA at times, had to cut it to fit the braided trans lines, drill a hole for the catch can line in the vent tube, and some other BS, and the buckle for the belt hits the tunnel

Its nice though and you will never fail tech!

glad to see yours moving along, mines getting very close too
